Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to get my little buddy, a golden retriever named Max, a new collar. Not just any collar, though. I wanted to find the cutest dog collar ever.

First I measured Max’s neck. I wrapped a tape measure around it, nice and snug, and it came out to 18 inches. Alright, got that part down.
Then, the hunt began! I started looking around, trying to find something that was both cute and tough. I mean, Max loves to play rough, so it needed to hold up. I wanted something adjustable too because, you know, dogs are hard to predict when it comes to things like this.
I saw a bunch of options. There were some with stripes, which were kinda cute. I saw one called “Frisco Fashion Collar” and it was a bright blue color, pretty cheerful, but I wasn’t completely sold.
- Checked out some “Juicy Couture” collar – it was gold and had their logo, but it seemed a bit too flashy for Max.
- Found a whole bunch of handmade ones, some infused with lavender. That sounded interesting, and they definitely had the “unique” factor.
But then I remembered seeing a recommendation somewhere for “Herm Sprenger prong collars.” They’re supposed to be super high-quality and used by professional trainers. Seemed a little intense, maybe? But still, quality is important.
So I’m thinking, maybe the best way to go is to find something durable, made from good materials, and then customize it to make it unique. That way, it’s both tough and cute, just like Max. I’m still on the hunt, but I think I’m getting closer to finding the perfect collar for my furry friend. I’m determined to get this done!
To be continued…
Will keep you guys posted on how this collar search goes!
