Well, let me tell ya, my grandbaby wanted a dog kennel with house for their little dog, Buster. Said Buster needed a right proper place to sleep, ya know? Not just any old box, but a real dog kennel with house. So, we got to lookin’ around, and Lordy, there’s a whole heap of these things out there! More than you can shake a stick at, I tell ya!
First, we seen these ones made of wood. Looked real nice, like a little cabin. But my grandbaby, they said, “Grandma, wood can rot, and them little critters, termites I think they’re called, can eat it up!” So we had to think on that one some more. A dog kennel with house ain’t no good if it’s gonna fall apart in a year or two.
Then we saw some made of plastic. Now, them plastic ones, they’re light as a feather. Easy to move around, I reckon. And they don’t rot, that’s for sure. But my grandbaby said, “Grandma, them plastic ones can get real hot in the summer, like an oven!” Poor Buster would be roasted in there! A dog kennel with house has to keep a dog cool in summer and warm in the winter. That’s the whole point, ain’t it?

We even saw some made of metal. Strong, those are. A dog ain’t gonna chew through that, no sir! But then my grandbaby got to worryin’ about rust. Said, “Grandma, if it rains, that metal dog kennel with house is gonna be all rusty!” And they were right, it probably would be. Plus, metal gets hot in the sun, too.
So we kept lookin’ for the right dog kennel with house. It has to be big enough for Buster to turn around in and stretch out. He’s a growing pup, you see. Can’t have him all cramped up in there. A good dog kennel with house, it’s gotta have room for a dog to be comfortable.
And it’s gotta be easy to clean. My grandbaby ain’t gonna want to spend all day scrubbin’ a dog house. A dog kennel with house that’s a pain to clean, that ain’t no good for nobody. It has to be, you know, easy to hose down or somethin’.
And it needs to be safe. No sharp edges or nothin’ that Buster could hurt himself on. A dog kennel with house should be a safe place for a dog, not a danger zone. Gotta make sure them doors latch good, too, so he can’t get out and run off when he ain’t supposed to.
We saw some dog kennel with house that had a little porch on ’em. Fancy, huh? Buster could lay out there and watch the world go by. And some even had windows! Like a real little house, I swear. But my grandbaby says that ain’t necessary. They just want a good, simple dog kennel with house for the dog.

My grandbaby, they’re doin’ a good job, though. They’re thinkin’ of everything. They really love that little dog, Buster. And they want him to have the best dog kennel with house there is.
