Let me tell you about this floppy lobster dog toy I recently got for my furry friend. My dog, he is a crazy one, always chewing on something, so I figured, why not give him something fun to play with?

So I went online, found this thing called a floppy lobster dog toy. It was all over the place, with people saying it was selling like hotcakes. I saw some ads, “Fast and Free Shipping” and whatnot, so I thought, “Sure, let’s give it a shot.”
I ordered it, and it arrived pretty quickly. When I took it out, it was this bright red lobster, looked kind of funny with its floppy legs. It even had a squeaky body! My dog’s eyes lit up when he saw it. He immediately started grabbing it, shaking it around. It was a hit at first, and he played with it non-stop.
But here’s the thing, it didn’t last very long. You see, my dog, he is a strong chewer. I should have known better. I’ve tried many toys before, even those tough rubber ones that promise to be indestructible, but he always finds a way to destroy them. There’s this one toy, shaped like a tire, I thought that was going to be the one, but nope, he chewed right through it.
The Experiment
- Got the Toy: Ordered it online, bright red, floppy, and squeaky.
- Introduced to Dog: He loved it immediately, lots of excitement.
- The Chewing Begins: He started chewing, as expected.
- Toy’s Demise: Didn’t last long, got ripped apart.
This time, it took him just a couple of days to tear the lobster apart. I mean, I get it, dogs need to chew, it keeps them busy and happy, especially when I’m not around. It’s just that finding a toy that can withstand his chewing power is like searching for a needle in a haystack. I’ve seen all sorts of toys, puzzle feeders, balls, you name it, but nothing seems to last.
So, yeah, the floppy lobster dog toy, it was fun while it lasted, but it just wasn’t tough enough for my dog. It’s not a bad toy, really, maybe for a dog that’s not such a heavy chewer. But for mine, it was just another toy that ended up in the trash.
I guess I’ll keep looking. There’s got to be a toy out there that can survive my dog’s jaws. Until then, the search continues. If you got a dog like mine, a real chewer, you might want to skip the floppy lobster. But hey, if your dog is gentler, it might just be the perfect toy.
